3. Fees and Payments

Our service fees are clearly communicated before processing. These fees are for our professional assistance and documentation services. Government fees, where applicable, are separate and must be paid as per the official requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.8% accuracy and fast processing, CIMS Online Services is not liable for system delays on government portals, policy changes by authorities, or rejections based on official eligibility criteria beyond our control.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
